It is generally described as a cross of Grease Monkey and Triple OG, which is what the trade repeats rather than anything we have checked. We have no test results for this batch, so this page carries no THC number. A figure that looks plausible is still a figure we made up. Hair is the headline. Rust and copper pistils sprawl across the outside of nearly every bud, curled and thick enough that the pile photographs orange before it photographs green. Under them the colour is a muted olive-grey, with brighter green leaf tips pushing through in patches. Frost is present, but as a dry matte dusting , not a crystal coat — you catch it in the light more than you feel it in your fingers. Shape is knobby and stacked, rounded , not pointed, and the outline goes shaggy where the pistils run out past the calyxes. Trim is close, only small leaf blades left, and one short pale stem shows at the edge of the pile. Customers describe the nose as diesel and sour earth with something nutty behind it. Heavy, we would say, not sweet.

What AAA and AAAA actually mean on our shelf

Nobody regulates these letters. They are Canadian trade shorthand, applied by every shop with its own eye, which is how a AAAA in one place ends up looking like a AAA somewhere else. There is no test behind the grade and no agreed definition to appeal to. Read a letter grade as a shelf label written by whoever is selling the flower.

Ours works like this. AAA is the workhorse band: properly dried, closely trimmed, structure that holds up, honest looks. AAAA is where we put flower carrying something extra — unusual frost, a much louder nose, a phenotype worth attention on its own. This one or the Smalls — what is the difference?

Same flower, smaller pieces. Donkey Butter Smalls is popcorn-sized material from the same strain. What you give up is the look and some of the structure: small pieces give up moisture faster than whole buds once they are sitting in your own jar, and they break down finer in a grinder. If everything you buy gets rolled anyway, smalls make sense. If you want flower you can hand around, stay on this page.

Which weights can I get?

7G, 14G and 28G. Those three, nothing larger and nothing smaller. Weights are quoted in grams only, so any number you see on the weight selector is grams.

Can I get it today, or does it have to be mailed?

Depends where you are, and the two words are not interchangeable here. Local GTA delivery lands within 2 hours of order confirmation, 12PM to 10PM, 365 days a year. Outside the GTA we ship Canada-wide by mail order, paid by card or e-Transfer.

Does it actually smell like the name suggests?

Not really. Diesel and sour earth come first, with a nutty, almost buttery note sitting behind them — that last part may be where the name comes from, though nobody has ever explained it to us and we are not going to invent the story. Customers put it that way and it matches what we get. The fuel note gets louder the moment a bud is broken open, and the smoke stays thick and slightly sour going out. There is no citrus in it anywhere.
