How do I place an order?

2. Enter your delivery address, name and phone number
3. Select Cash on Delivery or E-Transfer (EMT) as your payment method
4. Place your order — our team will contact you to confirm
5. Have your valid government-issued ID ready for age verification
6. Your order arrives within 2 hours of confirmation

Do you check ID?

Yes — all customers must be 19 or older. First-time customers complete a quick SMS age verification before dispatch. Your driver will verify ID upon delivery. We accept a valid driver's licence or passport only — health cards are not accepted.

How long does delivery take?

KingCrop guarantees delivery within 2 hours of order confirmation across the GTA. We deliver 12PM to 11PM, 365 days a year — weekends and holidays included.

What if my delivery is late?

If your order arrives later than 2 hours after confirmation, you will receive a free gift valued at $20 with that order as our apology — no questions asked. Plus, every single order already includes a free pre-roll regardless of delivery time.

Do I get a free pre-roll with my order?

Yes — every KingCrop order includes a complimentary free pre-roll, delivered right alongside your order at no extra cost. No minimum order required.

What is the delivery fee?

There is a $10 flat-rate delivery fee on all orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for completely free delivery plus a free gift valued at $20.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $60.

Can you deliver to me?

We deliver across the GTA including Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, King City, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, North York, Toronto, Bolton, Newmarket, Aurora, Brampton, Mississauga and more. Use our Delivery Area checker to confirm your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

For local deliveries we accept Cash on Delivery and E-Transfer (EMT). For mail orders we accept E-Transfer (EMT) only — cash on delivery is not available for mail orders.

What products do you carry?

KingCrop carries 250+ premium products including AAAA flower, AAA flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, magic mushrooms through our authorized Schedule35 partnership, and accessories from top brands including Faded Cannabis and Euphoria Extractions.

Do you deliver magic mushrooms?

Yes — KingCrop is an authorized Schedule35 vendor. Psilocybin capsules, chocolates, and teas are available for same day delivery across the GTA.

What ID is accepted for cannabis delivery?
