Where we deliver in Newmarket
Bathurst Street and Highway 404 bound the town on the west and east, and it stops just short of Green Lane on the north and St. John's Sideroad on the south.
Central Newmarket
Home to the Lower Main Street South heritage blocks, the town's one heritage district.
Davis Drive
The rapidway takes the centre lanes between Yonge Street and Huron Heights Drive, and turns happen at the signals. It is a designated intensification corridor, with mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings near Yonge.
Glenway Estates and Armitage Village
Glenway Estates is bounded by Bathurst Street, Yonge Street, Davis Drive West and Mulock Drive. Armitage, at Yonge south of Mulock Drive, is a former hamlet the town took over.
Bogarttown and Harry Walker Parkway South
Bogarttown, at Mulock Drive and Leslie Street, was once a separate hamlet. Harry Walker Parkway South is one of the streets where Newmarket's employment lands are concentrated.

Newmarket cannabis delivery questions
Do you deliver outside Newmarket's town limits, like west of Bathurst Street or north of Green Lane?
Same-day service follows the town limits, which run from Bathurst Street in the west to Highway 404 in the east and from just south of Green Lane to just north of St. John's Sideroad. Put your postal code into the checker on our delivery area page. If it comes back empty, mail order covers the address instead, and flat-rate shipping shows at checkout before you pay.
How does Newmarket snow clearing affect a delivery to my street?
The town starts plowing once snow accumulates over 6 cm, and it works primary streets first, local residential streets second, and courts, elbows and cul-de-sacs last, once the first two are done. A court or cul-de-sac address early in a storm is the one most likely to still be sitting behind an unplowed road, so clear a path to the door and leave the light on. Ordering hours do not change in winter.
I am in one of the newer buildings on Davis Drive. What should go in the checkout notes?
Davis Drive is Newmarket's designated intensification corridor, so the stretch near Yonge has mid-rise and high-rise buildings with controlled lobbies. Put the building number, your unit and a working buzzer code in the notes, and name the building if the entrance is off a side street rather than Davis itself. Someone 19+ has to meet the driver at the door. Pay cash there or send an Interac e-Transfer.
Weed delivery in Newmarket: how does ordering work from start to door?
Order any day between 12PM and 10PM, spend at least $60 CAD, and the order reaches your Newmarket door within two hours of confirmation. Newmarket is the regional seat of York Region, and the whole town fits between Bathurst Street in the west and Highway 404 in the east. The clock is the constraint here, not the distance.
Who orders in Newmarket, and when
The town sits on two commuter corridors. The GO Barrie line runs south to Toronto and north to Barrie out of the station at 465 Davis Drive, and Viva Blue leaves the Newmarket Bus Terminal at 320 Eagle Street West for the Finch terminal in Toronto. Anyone on that pattern is not home at 2PM. Closer in are the employment lands along Harry Walker Parkway South and the retail blocks around Upper Canada Mall at Yonge and Davis, where shifts end at odd hours. Our window is 12PM to 10PM daily; 10PM is a cutoff for ordering, not the hour the driving stops.
What a Newmarket order costs
The minimum is $60 CAD, local delivery is a flat $10, and at $150 CAD the fee comes off. Ounces on the ounce deals shelf start at $59; add any second item to clear the minimum, and until the cart reaches $150 it still carries the $10. Flower comes in 7g, 14g and 28g. Every order of $60 or more leaves with a free gift. Pay cash at the door or send an Interac e-Transfer.
Getting to your door in Newmarket
Highway 404 forms the eastern boundary of the town, and its Mulock Drive interchange is only partial: northbound exit and southbound entrance only, so southbound traffic comes off at Green Lane or Davis Drive instead. Davis gives its centre lanes to the rapidway between Yonge Street and Huron Heights Drive; mid-block left turns were removed and turns now happen at the signals. The Barrie rail corridor still crosses Davis Drive and Mulock Drive at road level; grade separations there remain subject to further study. In winter the town plows once snow accumulates over 6 cm: primary streets first, local residential streets next, courts and cul-de-sacs last.
Send a unit number, a buzzer or gate code and a porch light, then meet the driver with government ID.

Exact street coverage is confirmed by the postal code checker on our delivery area page; Newmarket sits under L3X in the southwest and L3Y in the northeast.

Aurora is just over the line to the south, across St. John’s Sideroad. King City sits southwest in King Township, which begins across Bathurst Street. Richmond Hill is further south down Yonge.
