How does ordering by mail work, step by step?

You build a cart of at least $60 CAD, check out, pay by card or Interac e-Transfer, and we ship the parcel and email you a tracking number. That is the whole process, and none of it needs a phone call.

1. Check your address against our same-day map on the delivery area page. The map covers the northwest GTA and York Region. Outside it, mail order is how your order reaches you.
2. Fill a cart of $60 CAD or more from the flower catalogue, the edibles, the vapes or the concentrates.
3. Choose shipping at checkout. The flat rate is on screen there before you pay, and it drops to nothing once the order reaches $150 CAD.
4. Pay by card, or by Interac e-Transfer using the details we send you.
5. We pack the order and ship it, and a tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships.

We sell to adults 19+ only and government ID is checked, so have yours to hand. Every order of $60 or more also includes a free gift, which is added on our side rather than yours.

What does shipping cost?

Mail order shipping is a flat rate that the checkout shows you before you pay, and it is free once your order reaches $150 CAD. We do not print the figure on this page, because the checkout is where it is calculated and confirmed.

The $150 CAD line is the one to aim at, and a single ounce does not always clear it. Every ounce on our ounce deals shelf sits below the line on its own. AAA ounces run $98 to $140 CAD, and AAAA ounces are $180 CAD, so only an AAAA ounce reaches $150 CAD on its own. Two ounces usually clear it: a $59 ounce and a $99 one come to $158 CAD. When does my order actually ship?

Orders placed early in the day ship the same business day, and the checkout shows today’s cutoff before you pay. What happens after that depends on where the parcel is going: a parcel crossing one province and a parcel crossing five are not the same trip, and we will not quote you a day count we do not control.

What we can tell you is when the parcel starts moving. A tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships, and from that point the progress is as visible to you as it is to us. Payment timing matters here too, because a mail order goes out once payment confirms, not at the moment the cart is submitted. How is a mail order packed?

Flower is bagged by weight and the parcel is plain and unbranded on the outside. A 7g order is one bag, a 14g order is two 7g bags, and a 28g order is one 28g bag, so an ounce reaches you as a single bag rather than four small ones. That shapes most of what we send: flower is about half of what customers order from us, and the full 28g ounce is the most common flower size, so a typical parcel is built around one or two large bags. Edibles, vapes and concentrates travel in the same parcel as the flower.

How do I pay when the order goes by mail?

Mail orders are paid by card or Interac e-Transfer. Cash on delivery stays a local option, for the plain reason that a parcel has nobody to hand cash to. So the sequence on a mail order is: build the cart, check out, pay by card or send the e-Transfer with the details we give you, and the order is then ready to go out.

The minimum is $60 CAD on a mail order, the same as it is locally, and every order of $60 or more includes a free gift. Shipping is free once the cart reaches $150 CAD. If you are used to paying cash at the door with us, that is the one habit that has to change when the order travels by mail.

Who is mail order not for?

If your address is inside our same-day map, mail order is the slower choice and you should not use it, because same-day delivery arrives within two hours of order confirmation and a parcel cannot beat that. Check the same-day map before you decide. Mail order is also no help to a cart under $60 CAD, because $60 is the minimum on every order we take, local or mailed, and padding a cart to reach it is a poorer deal than waiting until you actually want more. And it is no use at all to anyone who needs the order today. If one of those three describes you, the honest answer is that you are on the wrong page.
