It came out of roughly five years of selection work aimed at improving potency and aroma. The original line drew on Jack Herer, White Widow and Northern Lights #5, with Rainbow Kashmiri brought into the breeding later on. That is the documented history, and we do not add to it.
Is Jack Frost indica or sativa?
We shelve it as a hybrid, and the parentage explains why: Jack Herer pulls one way, Northern Lights #5 pulls the other. That reads as a middle-of-the-road bag in practice, clearer than the Gas Series indicas here without the flat weight of a bedtime strain.
