How does it compare with the Chocolate and Black Russian packs?

All three come five to a pack; what separates them is how hard the flavouring pushes. Chocolate and Black Russian are limited-edition runs that lean heavy — cocoa on one, coffee liqueur and cola on the other. Vanilla is the lightest hand of the three, which is why it reads as plain.

How should I keep a pack once it is open?

Fold it shut and leave it somewhere with a steady temperature — a drawer is fine, a car dashboard is not. Leaf that dries out loses the vanilla first and then cracks when you roll or handle it. Five to a pack usually goes quickly enough that this is a week's problem.

Sweet and straightforward. The vanilla is the whole idea: it lands early, holds through the middle, and never turns into candy. Under it is the same dark, slightly sour leaf every Backwoods is built on, which is what keeps the sweetness honest.

This one. Vanilla is the least demanding of the flavours we carry — sweet without being loud — so it is the fair test of whether you like the leaf at all. Move to Chocolate for dessert or Black Russian for coffee once you know.

How do these compare to our Juicy Jays wraps?

Backwoods are finished cigars, five to a pouch; Juicy Jays are flat wraps you fill yourself. The wraps are the easier of the two if you have never rolled one.

How should I store a Backwoods 5-pack?

Sealed, cool and out of direct sun. Heat and open air are what dry the leaf, and dry leaf cracks the second you unroll it. We keep ours in a drawer, not the fridge.

How do I pay, and how fast is delivery?
