Weed delivery in Etobicoke: one ordering window from Long Branch to Steeles

Orders are taken every day from 12PM, and 10PM is the last call for placing one rather than a closing time. Delivery arrives within two hours of order confirmation, the same in Long Branch as in Rexdale. Etobicoke is the west end of Toronto and a former city in its own right: Lake Ontario runs along the south, the Humber River along the east, and Steeles Avenue West separates it from Vaughan at the top.

The west side takes more explaining. From the lake up to Eglinton Avenue, Etobicoke Creek is the line with Mississauga, and Lake Shore Boulevard West carries on into Mississauga as Lakeshore Road. Further north, Highway 427 curves past the east side of two of Toronto Pearson’s runways, and from Dixon Road to just south of Finch Avenue the highway is the Toronto–Mississauga boundary itself. Only a small portion of the airport extends into Etobicoke.

Etobicoke is usually described in three parts. The Lakeshore strings Mimico, New Toronto and Long Branch along Lake Shore Boulevard West; all three were separate municipalities until they merged with Etobicoke in 1967, and the condo towers of Humber Bay Shores now stand along the lake between Mimico Creek and the Humber. Central Etobicoke grew up along Dundas Street, which crosses the district on the old Lake Iroquois shoreline; it centres on Islington and takes in The Kingsway, with Markland Wood at the western edge along Bloor Street West. North Etobicoke takes in Rexdale, Thistletown and Claireville, and the name Rexdale is applied to the general area from Highway 401 up to Steeles, between the airport and the Humber River.

Highway 427 carries north–south traffic through western Etobicoke. Between the Gardiner and Highway 401 it splits into express lanes for freeway-to-freeway traffic and collector lanes for the local exits, with The East Mall and The West Mall running alongside. Islington Avenue runs from Lake Shore Boulevard West in New Toronto through Islington and Rexdale, crosses the Humber into North York south of Finch Avenue, and continues past Steeles into Woodbridge. Six Points, where Kipling Avenue meets Bloor and Dundas, was rebuilt between 2017 and 2020 as at-grade intersections, replacing the 1961 interchange that carried both streets over Kipling on bridges.

The minimum is $60 CAD, with a flat $10 delivery fee under $150 CAD and free delivery at $150 and up. The lowest price on the OZ deals shelf is $59 for a full 28g, a dollar short of the minimum, so a $59 ounce needs a second item in the cart. Whoever answers the door must be 19+ with government ID.

For the lakeshore condo towers and the high-rises around Islington station, add the unit number and buzzer code to the order notes. In New Toronto and Long Branch the side streets are numbered, so write the street name out in full next to the house number.
