1. Start by getting your nori sheet and place it on your sushi mat, ensuring that the shiny side is facing towards the ground.
2. Get a knife and start spreading a layer of mayonnaise in the middle of the rice.

6. You’ll want to stop rolling once you get to the empty area of the nori wrap. To make things stick a little better, you’ll want to use some water.
7. Get some cling film and start wrapping the roll so it all sticks together better. Get a sharp knife and cut the roll-up.
8. Finally, take the rollout of the cling film.
